Who can become an affiliate?
Anyone aged 18 or older. You don't need to be an existing SCMS user — sign up just to refer.
How much do I earn per club I refer?
30% of every subscription payment, for 12 months from their first paid invoice. Top affiliates may be offered higher rates by agreement.
When does a commission become payable?
Each commission is held for 30 days in PENDING to absorb refund windows, then auto-flips to APPROVED and counts toward your payout balance.
How and when do I get paid?
Bank transfer in monthly batches. You need at least RM 100 in approved commissions and a completed KYC submission (IC + bank).
Can I refer my own club?
No. Self-referrals are automatically detected and voided (matching email, phone, or IP).
What if a referred club cancels?
Commissions tied to a refunded payment are reversed. If the reversal happens after the 30-day pending window, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Do I need to declare income to LHDN?
Yes. Commission income is taxable. The platform doesn't withhold tax — you handle your annual filing. Your dashboard's payout history is your record.
