Defective or Incorrect Items: Customers may request an exchange or refund for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from the items ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos and proof of purchase.

Size Exchanges: Exchanges for sizing issues are subject to stock availability. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Customised Products: Personalised jerseys and customised merchandise are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to sizing or change of mind, unless the item is defective or incorrectly customised.

Change of Mind: Returns due to change of mind are not accepted unless otherwise agreed by the seller.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed using an agreed payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

How to Request a Return: Please email sripermata.fa@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photos.

Shipping costs for approved returns or exchanges will be determined based on the reason for the return and applicable consumer protection requirements.
